At Gills Building Supplies, we want to ensure your construction projects go smoothly, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unused and resaleable building materials. Please note that custom-mixed paints, cut-to-size timber, and special orders are excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase within 30 days of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our returns team or visit our trade counter to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your items.

• 3.
  Arrange Transport

  Pack your items securely and either drop them off at our main warehouse or schedule a collection for bulkier building materials.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the materials for damage and quantity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
